iStorage Server achieved VMware Ready™ statusSeptember 07, 2011 - KernSafe Technologies Inc., A world leader in security storage and iSCSI solutions, announced today that iStorage Server achieved VMware Ready™ status. It means that iStorage Server successfully passed detailed and extensive testing required by VMware Ready testing process.
iStorage Server which is iSCSI Target Software, is now VMware Ready™. To be able to gain such accreditation, it needed to fulfill very rigorous requirements and pass detailed tests that are issued by VMware in order to fully test application compatibility with VMware products. iStorage Server was successfully tested to work with VMware ESX/ESXi Server. During testing process all functions were checked in order to detect any problems iStorage Server may have while working with this environment. Special attention was put on High Availability feature to confirm if data will be still available in case of failure to assure business continuity.
