Windows Developer


What we require:

· BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
· 5+ years of Software Development experience
· Experience with storage technologies; SAS/SATA, SCSI, RAID, FC, SSDs, etc...
· Must have experience in C/C++ programming
· Experience working with TCP/IP networks
· Proven hands-on leadership skills and team building experience
· Must have experience developing host drivers (Linux, Windows, or VMware)

Technical Support


What we require:

· 1 to 3 years of experience working in a customer or internal software support position
· Networking knowledge
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Design/development/test and troubleshooting in a technical support role with direct customer interface experience
· Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
· Experience with hardware and software issues
· Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers
· Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
· Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm
