Server Pool Configuration KernSafe Storage Center
Select a server pool and click Settings on the toolbar to open the Server Pool Settings window.

1. General

iSCSI Interface

Pool Name: Displays the server pool name. The default pool name is fixed.
Address: Select the IPv4 address to bind to this pool. Any binds the iSCSI service to all available interfaces.
Port: Specifies the listening TCP port for the iSCSI service. The standard iSCSI port is 3260.
Workers: Sets the number of service workers assigned to this pool.

Options

Automatically start iSCSI service at system startup: Starts the selected pool automatically after the server boots.
Enable RDMA if Possible: Allows the service to use RDMA-capable networking when the hardware and driver stack support it.

2. Remote Management

The Remote Management tab configures a secondary management endpoint that allows remote administration tools to connect to and control this server pool.

Control Interface

Address: Select the network interface on which the remote management service listens.
Port: Specifies the TCP port for the remote management connection.

Credentials

User Name: The login name used to authenticate remote management connections.
Password / Confirm Password: Set the password for the remote management account.
