i installed Istorage server v. 2.0 on Win 7 and create target from one of the local drive in the same machine.
if i try to connect with iscsi client in the same machine - i can nonnect and see target - but if i try to connect from other windows 7 machine or from my QNAP nas - i failed.
i disable firewall with same resault.
i add rules for port 3260 in firewall - same error.
any help will be much Appreciate.

Please check iStorage Server is running on, if yes, please try the following command to diagnose the problem:
1, type "netstat -a -o " in the command console, to see if a process listen on port 3260, you can get the process from ID by using task manager, the process name should be istorageservice.exe
2, type "ping hostname" from initiator side to ping host (Running iStorage Server) , to see if you can any result.
3, type "telnet hostname 3260" from initiator side to connect to the host to see if connection is successful.
Please tell me the result if you still can't resolve the problem.

i found the problem - firewall on my antivirus (nod32) block port 3260 - i add rule and fix this problem.
But - now i have second problem - i want to use QNAP VDD to add the Iscsi as disk to the QNAP - when i try to connect to the IStorage server - i get "No remote disk exists"
please help.
