Hello: Would you please describe exactly what "Number of connections per iSCSI session (Multiple connections per LUN)" means in the pricing/license types table? Is this talking about:
1. the number of initiator connections from multiple computers to one LUN or:
2. multiple initiator connections from the same computer (multiple NICs in one machine) to a LUN?
The reason I'm confused is that there is also a limitation described called "Number of oncurrent connections per target" (typo in your table 'concurrent').
Related question: Is it possible to set up one target, then configure multiple LUNs to be available inside the one target? I've only found a way to do one LUN per Target.

Is 2, the exalactly means is that how many connections from same initiator to the same LUN (target) is allowed.
Number of concurrent connections per target means how many connections can connect to one target (the summation of each initiator's connection count).

Yes, iStorage Server support only one LUN per target.
