Error 5 when I try to create DVDRW bridget device

I can not create a DVDRW bridget device as target

Is the problem:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=273
due to the error 5?
error 5 means can not access your device, are there any other devices hold your cd burnner?

It seems a upgrade problem, part of file versions does not match.
Please close all the applications of iStorage Server and uninstall it.
Then re-install the newest version of iStorage Server.

same error with iStorageServer1.59.exe.
How can I check if there other devices hold my cd burner?

Here is a usfull tool,

Click Find one the main menu.
Select the Find Handle item.
Type your drive letter in the search box, and press the Search button.
