IStorageServer Crash on windows 7

IStorageServer Crash on windows 7

We are facing a istotageserver.exe is getting crash with event id 1000, what may the reason? If you can guide us it will be great help
Details: IstorageServer Version 2.84
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit.

Can you please tell us how did it crash? will it crash every time after startup?

Due to some reason if the “istorageservice” service is stopped and started back it crash with below mention error in event log. At the time of crash the targets has been exposed to iscsi initiator

Can you please send us ([email protected]) the file users.db (in software installation folder) and tell us how did you encounter this problem?
