VHDX Targets greater than 2TB

I am trying to create a Target VHDX file greater than 2TB but get an error saying I can only input an integer between 16 and 2088960MB? The location of the file is located on a volume that is 3TB. Can I create a Target greater than 2TB or is this a limit of the software?

Which version are you using? Please try newest version, vhdx supports 64TB in capacity.
