We have the same error, we downloaded version 2.20 and installed it on macOS Sierra.

It worked fine at first, but then a disconnect happened while it was connected on the mac.
Now we get "Mount device error: e0000001" when we try to connect to any iSCSI device.

We tried reinstalling the application, but that didn't work.
Is there a way to reset the application or remove application data?

I have the same problem .
Kernsafe iSCSI initiator installed on a Mac with latest version of OS X Sierra .

IP address is correct, target name appears , status = inactive
When I try to connect with login en password, this error shows up : e0000001

iSCSI target is on a recent Synology NAS. It worked fine with the test version of 'Daemon SCSI initiator'.
With 'Kernsafe' it doesn't work.

Someone any idea ?

Thx.

Same problem here.

Trying to connect to a PureStorage FlashArray m20 via iSCSI but I'm getting the same error.

Tried with a 100GB volume as well as with a 5TB volume. Same error.

OS X Yosemite (i.e. v10.10.5) on a MacBook Pro retina. iSCSI Initiator X v2.20 (1400).

Any idea anyone?

Thanks,

Piero

I had the same issue. Try changing the LUN number to 0. It seems mac only looks for LUN 0 and none other. I was able to mount just fine once I did that.

Piero, the PureStorage FlashArray will not allow a LUN 0, so you may be out of luck. Though I'd be interested to see if I can help you get it working. I love the FlashArray and I'm looking at buying a few.

Hi had the same issue.
To prevent it I had to unselect CRC Checksum features of the Target on my NAS (Synology) : Header digest and Data digest

I have FreeBSD as my NAS storage, for me helped restarting ctld daemon (service ctld restart) on BSD.
