TotalMounter Basic License (Free)

I am requesting information on obtaining a free basic license for TotalMounter (NOT PRO).

I am an individual user not a commercial user. I only require the BASIC features. From your website this is supposed to be free. The only download available is a 2.01 trial version and mine has expired. It will not function until it receives a license key.

FYI: v2.01 on Windows 10

P.S. I could not create a support ticket as no such form appeared when "Open New Ticket" was selected (Chrome v44.0.2403.157 browser )

The TotalMounter is fully free in this case you don't need register it and no need license key.

Actually it doesn't. I can't do anything with it without this dialog appearing. If I clear the dialog it will not continue the process that I requested which resulted in the dialog.

Sorry, this is TotalMounter Pro, rather than TotalMounter, please download TotalMounter.

The problem is resolved. The issue was that TotalMounter Pro TRIAL had been installed and uninstalled. However, and I've spoken to a few others who have experienced the same, the trial does not uninstall 100% of the time on Windows 10.
Once we deleted all traces of the PRO TRIAL from the registry and application folder & installed the free version it seems to be working -- so far.
(Once the trial period has expired it can be determined if this is truly working properly)

The download page is deceiving(?). If you start at the FREE TotalMounter page:

and select the Download link it brings you to the download page (duh):

However notice that the download link here says Download Trial. This looks exactly like the PRO download page except that the URL is different. That link graphic should say Download Free (not Trial).

Anyway, as stated above, once the trial period has expired it will be known whether PRO is actually cleaned from the system.

In response to my last post, which has yet to be approved...

No this still does not work. Today TotalMounterPRO came up & showed the registration message

Are you sure the download link points to the correct file?

Just ignore the "trial" text in TotalMounter download page, you should download TotalMounter rather than TotalMounter Pro, the TotalMounter is completely free.
