Error when attempting to create system repair disk Win7

Trying to create a system repair disk in Windows 7. ISO successfully created, but I get "The parameter is incorrect" error 0x80070057. Any fix for this? I tried searching this forum and found nothing. Found lots online about that error code, but nothing at all related to KernSafe TotalMounter.
