First virtual burn, failed

Post by RandyG » Wed Jul 25, 2012 9:59 pm

I'd like to burn a win7/64 recovery disk iso - to put on a usb drive.

I just installed TotalMounter specifically to do this, but it fails.

It says "Unspecified error (0x80004005) " ... same as this fellow here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2213

This is a fairly fresh install, less than a month old, so it's a pretty clean machine.

I've rebooted, shut down antivirus. My windows user is administrator, and UAC has always been turned off.

I've attached anything else I see, which isn't much.

Anything I can help to debug this for you? Any ideas?
