Urgent - Driver Communication Error 3/No Device Left

Help!
I installed TotalMounter, including the drivers, on my Windows Vista Computer. When I open TotalMounter, I see "Driver Communication Error 3" at the bottom of the screen. When I try to mount a device, I get "No Device Left". How do I
resolve this issue(s)? :?
