Istorage 2.60

I have an application that uses Istorage 2.60 to host a boot image for another application that are connected via a Cisco Router. When I'm connected through the router the image can never be sent to the intended recipient. However, if I remove the router and replace it with a switch or hub it will work as advertised. Their are no ACLs turned on the ports that I'm using. Is their something that needs to be configured within Istorage when sending the image through a router? I'm a not familiar with this software, so excuse my lack of knowledge.
