Hi Aldrich,
I have standard licence of iStorage and asked for the help via mail for x64 2008 server (target) and x64 2008 SQL server (initiator) physical disk bridge device problem, and you sent me new version 1.55. My clustering problem is solved, now my cluster nodes are able to connect target server properly.
Thanks for that help, but i have another problem in other scenario.
I have created a target in iStorage (Partition to disk bridge) with
1 user with Full Access & 1 user with Read only access. Approx 10 users are connecting to target as 'Read Only' and 1 user connecting with 'Full Access'. When i am updating any data to target device then none of the any user with 'Read Only' access can't see that data. i have referred online on kernstorage site and found the solution on
http://www.kernsafe.com/Article_Product ... =5&&aid=16
I have referred all the steps and all the settings are already configured in server, still i am facing same problem.
I need to update data frequently on target so i need full access, please guide me how can i overcome this issue.
Rajesh Savalia.

what do you want is that one initiator updates data files to server and others real-time use the newest data files?
iStorage Server is a storage solution so it works at the block level, so updates can not be real-time, because of the file system cache. When you copy data files to a initiator with full access:
1, The target can't use these data files until computer restarts, but we provides hold and update mechanism so that the restart is not required if there is no files on the drive is opened and no application is using the drive.
2, Other initiators need to re-log on to the target, then the data files can be updated.
If you want update from one initiator to others real-time, you need not only a storage solution, but also a file sharing solution, such as Windows Share Folder, NAS etc.
