Recovery from HA event

Is there a proper way to recover from a failed storage server once it comes back up? The resync happened fine, the VM's stayed up fine, but we are having trouble getting the failed server to show up properly in both servers MGT console after the event. One one server we got it to add back properly once we started the service. On the other the server we failed just refuses connection.
To create the event we just pulled AC power from one of the storage server while we had a VM copping a lot of data. All seemed fine on the VM side through it.
We are having some performance issues using ESXi 5.1 too, but I would like to address the above first.

We will get the logs over to you. In playing around to much with it, we decided a fresh install would produce better and clearer logs for your support purposes.
The version we loaded was 2.93, seems the current version.

Our issues with the HA recovery were cause by the fact we used SSD for OS and iSTORAGE SERVER software load. Basically the iSTORAGE SERVER service was starting to fast, well before the rest of the services had started, so we simply used "Delayed Start" option in Windows. Cleared it right up!!!
Product seems very stable now....
As of this release? Can we have more than one port for sync between the two storage servers? Even if just available for failover? Would be nice considering the sync is real important to prevent split brain right?
