I have two issues:
- First I have the cluster setup and doing a Sync I am only seeing 1% on a 10Gb link.
- Second I am only seeing 2% on ISCSI clients also on a 10Gb link.
I have setup the system with 9014 MTU size and using iperf I am passing 9.8Gb with 20 connections from 2008 R2 to 2008 R2 systems. Also from the XenServer console using iperf I am passing 9.3Gb. So with basic testing it seems to be a performance issue with istorage but need help doing further testing.
What other testing can I do to to provide additional information??

Re: Slow Performance
Hi Tony,
Can you please provide us more detailed information:
Does you mean it is low performance in both synchronization and iSCSI service for clients machine?
Does it happen on HA only?
As you mentioned, only 1% of 10GB, I think there might be some problem, how did you perform the test?
Regards,
Olivia.

We are seeing slow speeds from both the HA sync, the Citrix Client and Windows Client. Testing was done in two ways, first was to simply copy files from a local hard driver to the iscsi drive. The 2nd test was done using ATTO Disk Benchmark. Both of which create a stream of data to the iscsi so I can see the speed on the 10Gb network.

Re: Slow Performance
Try the new 2.36 beta. We are getting significantly better performance out of it then previous versions both for direct access and for traffic being passed between HA nodes. It also fixed some stability issues we were having. (we are on Server 2008R2 x64).
