Can works with Xp?

Just a simple question.
I tried to install, but didn't work. I have Xp pro SP3.

We recommend you to use the server series Windows, but XP is suppoted.
Please tell me what problems you have encountered?

do not open the exe file.
When I doubleclik on "iStorageServer1.58.exe" file it opens a DOS window and close immediately.
If I use "Run us..." to open the file, it appears this message

Hi Olivia.
I have some updates. I installed the server (it was a download problem, your file wasn't recognized as installer).
Now I have some other problem.
I can not share my dvd burner. I can see disks and other device but not the burner.
It is a samsung sh-s182d. Can you help me?
Just another question. What is the name of the windows service created?

I happen to also have a same model of cd brunner, but after tested with xp-to-xp, we havn't find any problem.
I'm using nero as cd burnning software.
