for LAN files server

computers on LAN. every computer need each own boot system disk.

so do iStorage Server can make each user/computer has own boot disk mirror?

it can save lot of hard disk for LAN computers.

Create a "Security image file disks for each client" device (encryption is optional), each clients will "see" only one target, but it use it's own image file, but mirror is not supported by this version.

I think cheung is asking about PC's booting off of an ISCSI san instead of having a hard disk in each PC. There are products out there that do that like emboot or ccboot which use a NIC card PXE and boot off of a server (called a PXE boot server).
