Lots of chkdsk errors

I have Backup Exec write to disk SCSI disk over the network.
I get alot of errors on disc, and even worse I cant see the files after a reboot.

Are you using physical device such as partition, disk and general SCSI?
If yes, please select the option "persistant exclusive access on this device" option while creating iSCSI target, or you can modify it in target Properties dialog, after changed, you need to disable/enable target to take effect.

Didnt work im afraid.
Disc was empty today after server had been rebooted.
