Hiding Targets

Post by amaten » Wed Dec 09, 2009 1:48 pm

is there a way to hide targets that an initiator does not have read or write access too? If I create two or more targets all clients can see those targets on a discover process. I wanted to hide the ones people didnt have write (or read access) too. Thanks in advance.

There is no method in current version that to control some of users can "see" the target and others can't "see" the target, if you want share image disk to users you can try "Security image file disks for each client", any user can discovery only one target regardless how many image files have been created.
For other device type, we can consider to add this feature in future versions.
