Hiding Targets

Is there a way to hide targets from initiators that do not have read or write access to that target? I am creating multiple targets for multiple customers on a single server, and I only want customers that have write access to be able to see those targets. As of now every target I create can be seen in a discovery (they cann't read or write to them, but they can still be seen). Thanks in advance!
