Read Only?

Post by DurocShark » Wed Mar 30, 2011 9:46 am

Running iStorage on a 2k8r2 server with a 20TB target. The initiator is Global San running on a Mac Pro on OSX Server 10.6.

The initiator can see the target and connect no problem, but the drive mounts as read only.

The connection is persistent, and I have only a single initiator. The setting "persistent and exclusive..." is checked. Security is "anonymous", though I've tried IPFilters as well.

Can anybody point me to what I'm missing?

Thanks!

Can you please tell us detailed information about the target that you have created (physical disk, partition or others? And what type of you physical devices) ?
Does the read only shows in iStorage Server Management Console or initiator side?
