Working with Siera and DroboPro?

I'm trying to find a solution for connecting a Mac Pro running OS X Sierra 10.12 to a Drobo Pro using iSCSI. So far I've been able to get it to work with some products, but was hopping to be able to use iSCSI Initiator X for this.
After installing, I add the Dorbo Pro as a portal, but IP address. But nothing shows up after. No options to mount anything. With other products such as globalSAN iSCSI initiator, I am able to connect and mount the Drobo Pro. So I know everything is configured right on that end.
Thanks for any assistance.
