"Virtual Write" depends on initiators, microsoft initiator not supply this feature, you can try TotalMounter, which covers this feature.

Virtual Write technology is not supported by CD, It is mainly used for network disk (INetDisk / iSCSI Disk), because more than one clients share only one media. It's advantage is that you may not allow some clients have write access to your server, but some application need to write it's temp data. ...
