The problem is resolved. The issue was that TotalMounter Pro TRIAL had been installed and uninstalled. However, and I've spoken to a few others who have experienced the same, the trial does not uninstall 100% of the time on Windows 10. Actually it doesn't. I can't do anything with it without this dialog appearing. If I clear the dialog it will not continue the process that I requested which resulted in the dialog.
